Hi! I’m the Manager of the Instructional Products and Programs (IPP) Unit at Paragon Testing Enterprises.   I work with a team of developers, designers and instructors to help test takers perform at their best on the CELPIP and CAEL tests.  We create online and print materials, design and deliver webinars, and train instructors to better understand our tests.

Over the last five years at Paragon, I have taken the lead on many print and online projects.  I have developed and delivered numerous webinars as well as trained other instructors to deliver webinars.  I have led development on self-directed mobile learning programs, a 72-hour classroom curriculum for CELPIP preparation,  a 100-hour classroom curriculum for CAEL preparation, and several textbooks.  I have been involved in every part of the development process of these projects, including design, printing, tech issues, and marketing.

Before working at Paragon Testing Enterprises,  I was a teacher for 17 years in Japan and Canada. I taught mostly ESL/EFL/EAP classes as well as a few English lit courses.  I’ve held a variety of leadership roles along the way: I’ve been the Academic Director at two schools.   My main interests have always been assessment,  curriculum development, educational technology, and the creation of instructional materials.
